AnBerni - Perfect tour to see the area around Cape Town and the vinery November, 2018

We did a helicopter flight to Franschhoek to the Haut Caribiere vinery. Our pilot was Ryan, very good pilot and he explained us everything we wanted to know about the area. We flew an EC120 with 4 people and had after an approx. 30 min flight close to 3 hours for our lunch at Haut Caribiere. This was perfect, could be 30 min less but due to restrictions of the restaurant, we needed to stay there till 3 pm - not to disturb the other guest when they are eating with the takeoff. The helipad is a few steps away from the restaurant.

Check In Time

Please check in 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled Take Off time. This will allow enough time for us to take weights, conduct a safety briefing and issue tickets. After this has been conducted you can relax on the viewing deck and take some great pre-flight pictures and enjoy the atmosphere.

Seating

Please be aware that seating allocation on all our sharing flights are done according to weight and balance which is done during your safety briefing and ticketing. Should you want to choose your own seats you can book an Exclusive Flight at the cost of one additional seat and you are guaranteed the ‘best seats in the house.

Best Pictures

For the best pictures we recommend that you wear darker coloured clothing as whites reflect off the inside of the windows and can spoil that epic shot. We do offer In Flight Video packages where we record you and your flight, including audio, and put it on a USB for you. Note that not all aircraft has this system available so please requests this on check in.

Weather

All flights are weather dependent. Should the conditions not be ideal for flying we will try to reschedule to the next best available flight window. Note that the temperature in the sky is exactly the same as on the ground in case you are wondering what to wear.
